POST /api/v1/content/authoring/submit

Validate cited research, one idea, and one LinkedIn draft against an unexpired prepared bundle, then persist exactly one reviewable draft and optionally notify Slack. Never invokes hosted inference, schedules, publishes, or creates a workflow.
