Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pipeline ("the Service"), operated by Pipeline ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

Pipeline is an AI-powered outreach automation platform designed for LinkedIn prospecting, lead enrichment, campaign management, and content creation. The Service provides tools to help sales teams and agencies manage their LinkedIn outreach activities efficiently and within safe operating parameters.

3. Eligibility

The Service is available to users globally. You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

4. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. LinkedIn Account Connection

The Service allows you to connect your LinkedIn account(s) to automate outreach activities. By connecting your LinkedIn account, you authorize Pipeline to perform actions on your behalf, including but not limited to sending connection requests, messages, profile visits, and content interactions.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable third-party terms of service, including LinkedIn's User Agreement. Pipeline supports multiple LinkedIn account types, including LinkedIn Classic, Premium, Sales Navigator, and Recruiter.

6. Activity Tracking & Safety Limits

Pipeline tracks all outreach activity performed through the platform, including:

• Connection requests sent
• Profile visits performed
• Messages sent (including InMail)
• Content interactions (likes, comments)

Activity counters reset on a daily basis. Pipeline enforces configurable safety limits that are designed to keep your activity within reasonable operating parameters. These limits are adjusted based on your LinkedIn account type (Classic, Premium, Sales Navigator, or Recruiter) to reflect the different usage thresholds associated with each plan.

While Pipeline provides built-in safety limits as a tool to help you manage your usage, these limits are provided as a convenience and do not constitute a guarantee of compliance with any third-party platform's terms. You are responsible for reviewing and understanding the applicable limits for your account type and adjusting your usage accordingly.

7. Use of Multiple Automation Tools

Pipeline tracks only the activity performed through our platform. If you use additional LinkedIn automation tools or services concurrently with Pipeline, we have no visibility into the actions performed by those other tools. Your cumulative activity across all tools may exceed safe operating thresholds.

Pipeline is not responsible or liable for any consequences arising from the use of multiple automation tools simultaneously. You are solely responsible for managing your total activity across all platforms and tools connected to your LinkedIn account(s).

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or harassing content
• Attempt to circumvent or disable the safety limits built into the Service
• Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account
• Use the Service to scrape, harvest, or collect personal data in violation of applicable privacy laws
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

9. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate messages, content, research summaries, and other outputs. While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before it is sent or published. Pipeline is not liable for any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated content.

10. Subscription & Billing

The Service operates on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our pricing page. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy.

11. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service (including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and design) are owned by Pipeline and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create or upload through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide the Service.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PIPELINE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pipeline and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including LinkedIn's terms of service; or (d) your use of multiple automation tools simultaneously.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, though certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in the Province of Ontario, Canada.
