GET /api/mcp/tracked-profiles

List LinkedIn profiles tracked for the comment-engagement pipeline (influencers or engagement-pod members - separate from champions/prospects). Each row shows follow status and comment cadence.

Filter to profiles tracked via a specific connected LinkedIn account.
