POST /api/v1/content/authoring/prepare
Prepare an immutable, provider-neutral evidence bundle from the user's connected meeting sources and approved supporting sources. Use for generic content creation. Returns needs_input, blocked, or ready and never invokes Pipeline hosted inference or a saved workflow.
