Set icp profile
Create or update the workspace's ICP profile (inferred from auth, no workspaceId needed). If a default profile exists it is updated in place; otherwise a new default profile is created. Provide structured criteria (targetTitles, targetIndustries, etc.) and/or a naturalLanguageCriteria description.
