What to know before your first campaign.
What does the agent team do?
The Strategist sets the campaign direction. GTM Engineer builds the leads, research, copy, and campaign. Reply Agent and SDR Agent help with conversations. GTM Lead reviews results. Content Agent handles LinkedIn posts.
Can I choose a different model for each task?
Yes, from the models supported for that task. Your chat model is separate from specialist execution models. JEV is a decision model for fit checks; it does not write copy or run chat.
Do I need my own API keys?
Yes. Connect the AI and data providers you want to use. You pay those providers directly. Pipeline does not add a credit bill or a markup on provider usage.
Will anything go live without my review?
Review the first campaign before launch. You can set approval rules and autonomy for later work. Posts and replies follow your configured approvals.
Can it help with email outreach?
Build leads and copy in Pipeline, then send the prepared work to supported email tools such as Instantly, SmartLead, and EmailBison. Native LinkedIn delivery runs in Pipeline campaigns.
How long does the first campaign take?
Timing depends on setup, list size, and your providers. Connect your keys and add your offer and audience first. Your team can then prepare a campaign draft for review.
What do I need to connect my LinkedIn account?
Connect your LinkedIn account through Unipile and add the credentials in Pipeline. Your account type determines which actions are available. InMail requires Sales Navigator; connection requests and messages use their own account limits.
Can I bring my own CSV and custom message fields?
Yes. Import your leads, map the columns, and keep custom fields with each prospect. Use those fields in message templates. Check the rendered messages before launch so missing values or placeholders do not reach a lead.
Can I send only a connection request, with no follow-up?
Yes. Choose a connection-only workflow, with or without a note. Scoring, follow-up messages, and withdrawal steps are optional. Review the workflow before starting the campaign.
What happens when someone replies?
The campaign sequence stops following up when a reply arrives. Reply Agent can classify the reply and draft an answer. Your configured approval rules decide whether that answer needs review.
Can my coding agent build campaigns through MCP or the CLI?
Yes. Give your agent the Pipeline setup guide at app.pipeline.help/skill.md. It can read workspace context, build leads, and prepare an explicit campaign workflow through MCP, the CLI, or the API. Preparing a draft does not start sending.
