Pull sales navigator lead list

Pull people from a discovered Sales Navigator saved lead list by ID or URL. This is a deterministic provider call and does not use Pipeline hosted AI. It returns canonical people records without creating a table or campaign; use create-table plus add-table-rows, then qualify, enrich, and send-table-to-campaign.
