List handoffs
Read the live agent handoff queue (Scout to Researcher, Researcher to ICP, etc). Each row carries fromAgent, toAgent, status, attempts, payload, and timestamps. Stuck or failed handoffs are the #1 silent failure mode of the assembly line.
