Update table rows

Update multiple existing table rows in one workspace-scoped operation. This is the default write path for Codex, Claude Code, and CLI research performed with the coding agent subscription: persist flat output values and set the corresponding parent enrichmentStatus to completed so the table renders exactly like a UI-run cell. Does not invoke Pipeline hosted inference.
